No Meeting On The 4th Of July

As a reminder, in observance of the Independence Day holiday there will be no Manatee Patriots meeting on Tuesday July 4th.

"Forbidden Skies: Tupolevs Over America" On July 11

On July 11, Dave Reilly, a former employee of the CIA, will reveal the many encroachments on American air space currently being conducted by Russia and China as well as other threats. A frightening presentation you won't want to miss!

Representative Will Robinson On July 18

Our friend State Representative Will Robinson (District 71) will join us on Tuesday, July 18. He will share some of the behind the scenes dynamics that occurred during the most recent legislative session.

Hear Eddie Speir On July 25

We announced during our meeting last Tuesday that Vern Buchanan has a challenger for the FL-16 Congressional seat. Well here he is: Jason "Eddie" Speir will be running against Vern for that seat in next year's Republican primary.

Eddie will be the featured speaker at our meeting on July 25. So be sure to be on hand to learn more about the candidate. Remember folks, you heard it at Manatee Patriots first!

It's our tradition to host a potluck dinner at all Manatee Patriots meetings. So we ask attendees to please bring along an item that can be shared among fellow Patriots. Bring any portion you like but most folks tend to bring 10-12 servings of a particular dish.

Decades Of Racism In America Comes To An End

Last Thursday, the Supreme Court struck down the use of race as the basis for college admissions. The 6-3 decision brings the era of Affirmative Action to a close.

The decision was along ideological lines with all judges appointed by President Trump voting in favor of the measure. The original cases were initially brought against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina. You may read more about this momentous decision in The Epoch Times by clicking this link.

We applaud the Court's decision and hope that this ruling will diminish the wave Wokeism in Corporate America as well.

Volunteers Needed For Rocket Phonics For The 2023-2024 School Year

Our own Dr. Stephen Guffanti of the Rocket Phonics Foundation is seeking highly motivated volunteers to assist with a reading program for third graders here in Manatee County during the next school year. As you know, Rocket Phonics has proven to be a wildly successful approach to improving reading ability in lower grades.
