He will be providing an update on Defend Florida's current projects and will also share his insights into next year's elections. With important elections just around the corner you won't want to miss Raj's message.

A Scary Presentation Planned for Halloween

There isn't anything more frightening than the globalist's Agenda 2030. So in observance of Halloween next Tuesday, Michael Sabga from JBS.org will be sharing all its gory details with us. Of important note, Michael will reveal the extent to which parts of this infernal agenda have already been implemented in Indian River County. Scary stuff indeed!

Free Bowling!

If you're like most of us, you are absolutely incensed at Rep. Vern Buchanan's outright refusal to support Rep. Jim Jordan for Speaker of the House. And you are probably enraged to see pictures of Vern enjoying a game of bowling at the White House shortly thereafter.  Well if you're looking for a way to get back, why not join the Eddie Speir For Congress  campaign tonight for a free game of bowling?  While you're there, you can support Eddie's campaign so that Vern will no longer be bowling at the White House. 

Snack Bar Help Needed.

We are in need of folks to lend a hand in displaying our potluck dinner items and cleaning up afterwards.  It's easy, fun and will be a great help to us.  Interested parties should Jack May at our next meeting.

Join Us For A Campaign Organizing Meeting And Pierogi Party On November 10.

As many of you know, our own Mark Stanoch is running for Manatee County School Board in District 1.  To kick off his campaign, he has announced a Volunteer Sign Up event at his house on Friday, November 10 starting at 5pm.  Best of all, the menu includes his renowned homemade pierogis, purported to be the best in the county!  To sign up, please scan the QR code or click the button below.  

The Victims of Communism Manatee Scholarship Awards Ceremony will be held at the Bradenton Performing Arts Center on Monday, November 6.  Registration begins at 5:30pm and the opening remarks start at 6:00pm.

A number of School and Elected officials will be on hand.  The featured speaker will be Jamie Arellano - the "Voice of Nicaragua" - who will share his experience while living under the regime of Daniel Ortega.

Help Preserve Future Generations

Last year, Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation establishing November 7 as “Victims of Communism Day”.  The law states that on or about this day, Florida high school students enrolled in classes on US Government must receive at least 45 minutes of instruction on such topics as Joseph Stalin, Fidel Castro, Pol Pot and how victims suffered under these regimes.

However, we feel that only 45 minutes of instruction is inadequate to reveal the true depth of the evils of Communism to future generations of Floridians.

In response, we have formed Victims of Communism-Manatee, Inc., a 501(c) (3) Not for Profit organization to enable high school students to learn firsthand about the horrors of Communism by hearing from people who have endured life under a Communist regime. To encourage students to participate, we have established a competitive Scholarship Program for students in Manatee County public, private and home schools.

But we cannot do this without your help.
