Leadership Training

Dena Espenschied of the Leadership Institute was on hand Tuesday evening to deliver critical advice on how to talk to our liberal friends and family. It was an interesting presentation that included a delightful combination of theory and personal experience. Dena presented in her own inimitable style that made the training very entertaining.

Hear About The Bradenton Classical Academy (BCA)

Sherri Davidson - Chair of the Board of the Bradenton Classical Academy - will be our featured speaker after the Easter Break on April 18. BCA is a Public Charter School which provides a classical education that promotes good citizenship. The school serves Manatee County and is a wonderful asset in our backyard! So mark you calendars to learn more about this terrific organization.

Amanda Ballard Tuesday, April 25

Manatee County Commissioner for District 2, Amanda Ballard will be joining us on Tuesday April 25. Amanda has proven to be a terrific member of the BOCC and a rock-solid Conservative. So you won't want miss her presentation.

A competent School Superintendent is critical to the success of any public school system. So we are a bit disappointed that only 2 votes have been cast in our Superintendent Survey.

Manatee County citizens are being offered a unique glimpse into the current search process. To review the current candidates just click this link. You will notice that there are a number of new candidates applying for the position so be sure you check them out.

The deadline for applications is April 10. So we strongly suggest that everyone review these submissions as soon as possible.
