Massey Campos Next Tuesday

Following on Mike Sonnevelt's fantastic presentation, our featured speaker on Tuesday is also from Self-Evident Ministries - Massey Campos. Massey's presentation is entitled "Why They Want You Hopeless". You won't want to miss this important presentation.

And that's not all! The following Tuesday, October 10, we are pleased to have Keith Green as our featured speaker. Keith is a candidate for Manatee County Commissioner District 7 At Large.  So you will certainly want to be on hand for Keith's presentation.

Wondering what to bring to our Potluck dinner?

With an exciting Fall speaker schedule in place, we want to remind all subscribers to please contribute to our potluck dinner menu.  Just about any item will do:  sandwiches, pizza, fried chicken are perennial favorites.  But our dessert table could use some donations as well so bring those halloween cookies and cupcakes and any other treat you would like.  And don't forget the soda!  Remember, our potluck dinners are your gift to other like-minded patriots.  So be generous and share in the celebration of our Freedoms.

Speaker Bio: Massey Campos

Massey Campos is a first-generation American, and a 3rd generation preacher.  His parents were born and raised in Mexico and immigrated to America as young adults in order to pursue the American dream. Massey, along with his siblings, grew up traveling as a family, as their father was an evangelist.

After his conversion to Christ in 2001, he began speaking to audiences around the country in high schools, colleges, churches, and much more. Massey’s constant desire and passion is to see Americans, both young and old alike, understand the Biblical view of Government, the history of this nation, how Scripture applies to all issues today, and bring America back to the God who gave Liberty.

Massey is the father of three awesome boys, husband to his beautiful wife, Cari, who assists with Massey’s appearances, is the Host of Self-Evident Podcast, and is the Assistant Pastor - Revive Church Stuart, FL. He and his family currently reside in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Come Out And Support The Bradenton Classical Academy

Bradenton Classical Academy attended to their capacity interview with the Manatee County School Board administration on 9/7/23. We feel it went well. We will find out soon! Dr. Wysong will be giving his recommendation for either approve or deny at the October 10, 2023 meeting at 10 am. The meeting will be at 215 Manatee Ave West. WE NEED EVERYONE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

Please consider financially supporting the school. If we get approved, we will need funds to help with marketing. If we are denied, our appeal will cost approximately $30,000.

Help Preserve Future Generations

Last year, Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation establishing November 7 as “Victims of Communism Day”.  The law states that on or about this day, Florida high school students enrolled in classes on US Government must receive at least 45 minutes of instruction on such topics as Joseph Stalin, Fidel Castro, Pol Pot and how victims suffered under these regimes.

However, we feel that only 45 minutes of instruction is inadequate to reveal the true depth of the evils of Communism to future generations of Floridians.

In response, we have formed Victims of Communism-Manatee, Inc., a 501(c) (3) Not for Profit organization to enable high school students to learn firsthand about the horrors of Communism by hearing from people who have endured life under a Communist regime. To encourage students to participate, we have established a competitive Scholarship Program for students in Manatee County public, private and home schools.

But we cannot do this without your help.

Eddie Speir For Congress FL-16 Kickoff Meeting

I want to thank you all for your interest in Eddie's campaign to unseat Vern Buchanan.  I believe we are on the precipice of change, both locally and nationally.  I would not ask you to be a part of this opportunity if I had not already vetted the quality of the candidate, and I want you to experience it first hand.

I am writing to you all to let you know that if you were not in last night's Manatee Patriots meeting, you will not know about the change of time and venue.  Originally we were meeting at Mixon's this Thursday.  That time has been changed to 6:30pm, Thursday, October 5th, and the venue will be Inspiration Academy,  The location is 7900 40th Avenue West, Bradenton.

I have attached the latest invitation you may download and a map.  The location is extremely easy to get to.  Whether you are coming south from Manatee Ave. or north from Cortez Road, you will turn west on 40th Avenue West.  Inspiration Academy is four blocks west of 75th on the right (north).

Volunteers Needed For Rocket Phonics For The 2023-2024 School Year
